Once you're ready to book, I'll send over the contract and invoice through your personal client portal. Once the contract is signed and the 33% deposit is paid, you're officially booked!

pre-wedding planning

Throughout the wedding planning process, I am fully available for any photography related questions you may have. About 2 weeks before your wedding, we'll schedule a meeting to talk about wedding day specifics and last minute questions.

wedding day

The big day is here! You don't have to do anything but enjoy your special day. My second shooter (aka, hubby) and I will show up a bit early to scout out the venue and say hey! Then we'll get started with your details and getting ready photos!

gallery delivered

About 6 weeks after your wedding day, I'll send you an email with a link to your gorgeous online wedding gallery. That email will have download and print purchasing instructions as well.

The Process

how can we book you for our wedding?

A completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit are needed to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the wedding.

I am currently booking for 2024 and 2025 weddings. I am also available for last minute bookings so contact me and I'll check if I'm available for your date!

How far out can we book?

do you provide unedited images?

I pride myself on my photography editing style that has taken me years to establish. Because of this, I do not provide unedited, RAW images.

I typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 50 mile radius from my home in Denver, Colorado. Fees vary depending on your venue's location. I have reduced travel fees for weddings in New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah!
